i n t r o d u c i n g Mitch “Blind Dog” Hubbard Lead Guitar Hello, My name is Mitch “Blind Dog” Hubbard. I'm the lead guitar player for the Elvis Thrasher Band. I am an Oklahoma native who was raised on Elvis music. I started playing guitar at the age of eight. I learned mostly by playing with old blues and early rock-n-roll recordings. I was introduced to the music of Elvis Presley by my father when I was a baby. Playing guitar in an Elvis tribute band seems like a dream come true to me. I am playing the music I love for people who love it and I am getting paid for it. Eat your heart out! They call me “Blind Dog” because I am legally blind in both eyes. The eye patch is not a stage prop. It protects my left eye, which is very sensitive as well as totally blind.
